We kindly ask You not to choose our clothing only by children age, because many different clothing brands has also different size tables and not always size is equivalent to age. Before making an PataTaTa order we suggest You to do these body measurments – body hight, chest and waist. Our size charts have been designed to ensure that the garments You are purchasing are the right size and fit for You child.

Every PataTaTa product is handmade so we will need about 3 to 10 working days to tailor before the
shipping. Shipping time depends on delivery method You choose:
Latvia – Omniva delivery (1-3 working days); Latvijas Pasts (2-4 working days).
Europe – Latvijas Pasts (5-10 working days).
Europe (express delivery) – Express Mail Service (2-5 working days).
USA and other countrys outside Europe – Latvijas Pasts (2-4 weeks).
Australia, New Zealand un Oceania – Latvijas Pasts (2-6 weeks).
USA, Australia and other countrys outside Europe (express delivery) – Express Mail Service (5-10 working
days).
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Before accepting Your package, please make sure that during the delivery it haven’t been damaged or opened. Every PataTaTa package is closed and marked with security sticker, to ensure secure and appropriate devivery to our clients. After opening the package, please put Your new PataTaTa garment on hanger, it will help to lose fold-creases. If necessarily iron, on program for delicate fabrics. Please turn the clothing items inside out prior to ironing. As we are working with different delicate fabrics, to clean our products we recommend to wash them by hand, or in washing machine using the Delicate or Gentle cycle with max. 30 C, it is the best way to make your clothes last longer.
If You would like to return an item/s please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We can’t accept returns for these categories: custom or personalized orders, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), items on sale.
