These terms of use apply to all contracts that you enter into with PataTaTa. By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions.

It is very important to us to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information. We collect information from our customers to communicate about our services and products, to improve shopping experience, to provide the best customer service, to process and fulfill your order. We only keep your personal information as long as necessary for the purposes we collected it, or as otherwise required by law. We accept responsibility for all the personal information such as your name, address and any other personal details that you provide us with. PataTata will not pass on your personal details to third parties.

The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the PataTaTa Online Store are subject to change.

In order to shop at PataTaTa online you must be at least 18 years old.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Maestro. If you want to make any changes in your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail info@patatata.com. There might be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.

PataTaTa may periodically update these Terms and Conditions including for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting and continuing to use the Website you agree to accept any changes made to these Terms. Please note that Terms only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on the Website. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

If you have chosen to receive emails from PataTaTa, we will offer you advanced notice of sales, new arrivals and other PataTaTa news. Email addresses provided to PataTaTa are only used internally for the purpose of sending you communication from PataTaTa. We respect your privacy rights and will not sell or rent your email address to other companies. If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, please contact us at info@patatata.com.

We are happy to offer you Shipping by Omniva for Latvian orders, Latvian Mail service and Express Mail Service for Europe and other country’s. Every PataTaTa product is handmade so we will need about 3 to 10 working days to tailor before the shipping. Shipping time depends on delivery method You choose:

Latvia – Omniva delivery (1-3 working days); Latvijas Pasts (2-4 working days).
Europe – Latvijas Pasts (5-10 working days).
Europe (express delivery) – Express Mail Service (2-5 working days).
USA and other countrys outside Europe – Latvijas Pasts (2-4 weeks).
Australia, New Zealand un Oceania – Latvijas Pasts (2-6 weeks).
USA, Australia and other countrys outside Europe (express delivery) – Express Mail Service (5-10 working
days).

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping prices depends on witch delivery method You choose, how much peace’s is in Your order and what is weight of Your ordered package:

For items with less weight:

Delivery in Latvia 3 EUR + 1 EUR for each additional item.
International delivery 6 EUR + 2 EUR for each additional item.
Express delivery for international orders 21 EUR + 5 EUR for each additional item.
For items with more weight:

Delivery in Latvia 4 EUR + 2 EUR for each additional item.
International delivery 8 EUR + 4 EUR for each additional item.
Express delivery for international orders 21 EUR + 5 EUR for each additional item.

PataTaTa team tries to satisfy each customer’s wishes and will always do everything in order to reduce product return cases to the minimum. If You would like to return an item/s please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We can’t accept returns for these categories: custom or personalized orders, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons), items on sale.
